Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Altna platform, websites at altna.com and trading-room.net, and all related services (the "Service") operated by Altna Software Inc. ("Altna", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any rooms you create and any members you invite. Keep your password secure. Notify us at inquiries@altna.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Altna is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. New rooms include a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, your card is automatically charged at the plan rate you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel anytime from your room's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We don't prorate partial-month cancellations.
  • We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; new prices apply at the start of your next billing period.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all fees you incur. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until it's resolved.

6. Acceptable use

When using Altna, you agree not to:

  • Provide unlicensed financial advice, run a regulated activity without proper authorization, or violate securities laws.
  • Post anything illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Scrape, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — chat, trades, video, files. You grant Altna a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to run the Service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

8. Not investment advice

Altna is software. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. Anything posted on the platform — including signals, alerts, trades, opinions, and analysis from room owners or members — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading involves risk and can result in significant losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see in a room.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, SendGrid, Twilio, GoHighLevel, and Ant Media Server. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their actions or outages.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, ship updates, or experience outages. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, and we don't offer SLAs except as expressly agreed in a separate enterprise contract.

11. Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk for us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altna's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Altna harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify account holders by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
