Three ways to work with us: refer customers as an affiliate and earn recurring commission, or join the team as a remote sales rep or marketing lead.
Recurring commission. Every month.
Refer a trading room owner. They sign up. You get paid every month they stay subscribed. No caps, no clawbacks after the first 30 days, no minimums.
How it works
- 1Email us — tell us about your audience and how you'd promote Altna. We approve serious applicants within 48 hours.
- 2We'll issue you a personal affiliate code (e.g. ALTNA-YOURNAME) that members enter at signup.
- 3Share it however you like — newsletter, YouTube, X, podcast, your own room.
- 4When someone using your code starts a paid subscription (after the 14-day trial), you start earning 25% of every monthly invoice for 12 months.
- 5Payouts go out monthly via Stripe Connect or PayPal. $50 minimum.

- Existing Altna customers who refer other operators (yes, you can earn on top of running your own room)

Example earnings
Refer 10 customers on the Pro plan ($299/mo). 25% recurring × 12 months = $8,970 per year from those 10 alone.
Sales rep. High-leverage role.
Sell Altna to trading-room operators. You'll work warm inbound demo requests plus your own outbound. Realistic OTE: $80K–$150K based on close rate. No cap.
What you'd do
- Run live demos for trading educators evaluating Altna against ProTradingRoom, Discord, Skool, etc.
- Walk prospects through migration — most rooms move in a single weekend
- Outbound to operators on YouTube, X, Telegram who are clearly using stitched-together tools
- Close, hand off to onboarding, repeat
Compensation
- Base salary, commensurate with experience
- 15% commission on first-year revenue per closed customer, no cap
- 5% recurring on year-2+ retention
- Remote, US time zones preferred
You should have
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales (SDR or AE) — or you ran a trading room yourself and know the market cold
- Comfort on live video — half of selling Altna is showing it
- A working knowledge of how trading rooms operate (members, alerts, charts, billing)
- Self-direction — this is not a babysit-the-pipeline role
Bonus points
- Existing relationships with trading educators / fintwit operators
- Active trader yourself
- Spanish or other language — there's a Latin American operator base no one is selling to
Marketing lead. Own the funnel.
Build and run Altna's marketing engine end-to-end. SEO, paid, content, lifecycle, partnerships. You set strategy and you ship the work.
What you'd do
- Own organic — SEO content, the comparison pages, the blog. Rank us for every "X vs Altna" query that matters.
- Run paid acquisition — Google, X, YouTube. Attribute spend to trial signups and cancel what doesn't convert.
- Lifecycle email — onboarding, trial-to-paid, churn-recovery, win-back
- Partnerships — line up creators and educators for co-marketing
- Measure everything: visitor → trial → paid, plus the leaks in between
Compensation
- Base salary, commensurate with experience
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to qualified-lead and trial-signup growth
- Equity discussion for the right candidate
- Remote, US time zones preferred
You should have
- 3+ years running marketing at a B2B SaaS — ideally one with a self-serve trial
- A track record on at least one of: SEO content, paid acquisition, or lifecycle email — and basic competence in the others
- Comfort with analytics — you can pull the funnel apart in GA4, PostHog, or whatever's in front of you
- Writing chops. The site, the emails, the ad copy — all of it goes through you.
Bonus points
- You've marketed to traders, finance creators, or financial educators before
- You're an active trader — you know what the audience reads and watches
- You've shipped a successful comparison-page / category-takeover SEO play
